The Homeless Man of Your Dreams.


I’ll be honest. Homeless people in Chicago are just awful. I don’t think I could ever be friends with them – even in a societal acceptable setting where their hobo beards aren’t slathered in apple sauce – because they are just so cruel to me. And it’s not even like I’m deserving of it or anything. I am a shy, petite, strapping, young, half-Asian lad. I am well mannered. I am well groomed. And frequently, I tend to keep to myself – except for few, sporadic times where I have these blatantly, long winded outbursts which are neither here nor there.

Film Club Chronicles DVD.

Hey All – I just wanted to put it on the record that Frank Romano and I are finished with the Film Club Chronicles DVD. The movie we made senior year of highschool. The details are as follows:

It’s been two long years. We took some time off – went to college. But the Film Club Chronicles DVD is finally here - and it’s pretty awesome.

Six Years Ago…

Before I toned myself down and began to work on my dark sardonic commentary I spent time making short, abusurdist films in my parents basement with a $50 childrens digital camera. Sometime people say my best work is behind me. And often, I agree. Observe:

I also made a music video about an emo kid that went to HC sophomore year. When this was screened in my English class my teacher commented that I had phenomenal cinematography skills. As soon as the image of my bleeding wrists came up on screen the cut the entire presentation off, gave me an ‘F’ on the project as well as a detention. It’s called:

So. In all, it’s good to break out the good old memory box once in a while. While I do not understand who the fuck this previous Dan Luke was, or what he was thinking. I admire him.
